I use this VISHRANTI Ayurvedic oil to relieve mental agitation and stress. To balance and stabilize thoughts and migraines. Contains 100% natural herbs such as cinnamon, clove, ajwain, ginger, eucalyptus, jaifail, camphor, and sunflower. A blend of oils from these herbs will strengthen your mind and positively impact your stress levels. These oils have a deeply relaxing and calming effect on me, promoting balance in my body and mind. I feel relaxed after using it. I sometimes feel tense, but this oil calms me down. It smells wonderful.

Only rated 2 stars by me as u don't find it helps much But saying that I get migraines badly every single day and I have yet to find one item that works and shifts my migraines. You may be different it may help you, just didn't work on me. Plus sides.. Goes on easy & has a pleasant smell.
