Dose this pad have automatic shut off?

My #056 has a lever that I push down to turn on the heat. It heats up and gets hot very quickly. Then I stop pushing down on the lever. I actually prefer this to the heating pad that has 3 settings with an on/off button. Hope this helps you! Mona

Can this size (medium 14x14") work for the neck?

It will be personal preferences regarding the size of the heating pad. May have to lie down on pad to get the benefits of the warmth.

You can control the the temperature up to a point and You has to read the instructions they explains Very well or call the company this is not aromatic
