These noodles taste great! They're nice and thick and chewy, they go great in stir fry, chow mein, etc. Easy to cook, and they do a decent job of soaking up the flavors of the ingredients you cook them with too!

These weren’t quite soba noodles but they were nice and chewy noodles that had soba colors. Soba normally is not as chewy, but if you enjoy noodles with that kind of texture then you’ll enjoy this I personally like this because of the thickness and texture. It says to boil 7 minutes but I need boiling about 9 minutes.
