Magnesium is important for the body and I was glad I found this product. I used magnesium oil before and was excited to see a lotion. I will use it for massage and body pain

The product is great, but I don't like that Amazon DE does not provide an option to choose a carrier. Several times I had problems receiving packages - either they are very late or I don't get a notification and the package does not come to my house, but I have to go an pick it up from a post office.

An absolutely fantastic product. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome Type III / Joint Hyermobility syndrome and Fibromyalgia. I suffer regular intense muscle spasm and cramps all over my body. My calves are s tight evey morning and hurt all day. This took the pain away. I have regular severe muscle spasms in my shoulder and up my neck and this stopped it in its tracks. I highly recommend this product for anyone suffering muscle spasms, cramps or musculoskeletal issues. It also helps with informational and the pain that comes from inflammation. Another good point to make is that it doesn't feel like the magnesium gel which I feel leaves a strange unpleasant residue on your skin. This i a fantastic moisturiser as well as a way of getting magnesium into your system. It smells fantastic and soaks in like a dream. I have been an Amazon buyer for years and have never left a review. This product absolutely deserves one. I also Highly recommend the magnesium bath flakes and I will be trying the shower gel too. One request for the manufacturer, please make a bigger bottle or a tub. I would happily buy this in bulk. Thank you for a great Product. This has helped so much with my pain levels.
