Clip to golf bag, easily portable, great sound, attaches to apple devices
Love this speaker. It's lightweight and portable, and a fun color. I can attach my old iPod and listen to songs at home. I clip it to my golf bag when I'm golfing, and I've taken it with us on vacation or with us to listen to music during our son's games. We've used it a lot and banged it around, and it's stayed in great condition, and the music quality has continued to be great. Would definitely recommend.

Favorite travel speaker hands down
This is my fave irritation of the smaller JBL speakers to date. I love the functionality of having the clip, it’s SUPER light weight and apparently it’s waterproof even though I’m yet to push those limits. It’s very easy to set up with my phone and connects through bluetooth as well as a cord option which is huge. 10/10

Love love love!
A wonderful little speaker! It packs a good amount of punch for its size. While it does lack some bass, I fully expected it to, considering the size of the package, but for an average music-listener it's not too much of a loss. The mids and highs are vibrant; I love watching videos on my phone while connected to this speaker. My main reason for my purchase of this little guy, however, came down to practicality. I'm a fairly clumsy person, so I wanted something that could withstand the elements and a handful of falls. This speaker is perfect for that: it's truly waterproof, so I don't have to worry about it getting wet in the Seattle rain or the shower, and it's rugged as hell. I have yet to drop it, but I have confidence that it'll survive any drops from a reasonable height. The carabiner clip and the built-in aux cord make this speaker all the more convenient! I may have to buy a second just to mess with the daisy chaining capabilities. A very worthwhile product!

Love it!
After dealing with a few cheap portable speakers, I am so glad I bought the JBL Clip 2. For reference, I've had it for almost two months now.First off, the battery life far exceeds all the other portable speakers in my house, by a lot. It will easily last for hours (around 8 according to the instructions) even with the volume up and it charges very quickly. The bluetooth pairs in like 2 seconds (with both my Moto G5 and my bf's older LG) which is amazing compared to our other speakers (I have trouble connecting with my bf's speaker, and more often than not have had to use the aux cable rather than the bluetooth). We have had no trouble pairing with the JBL or switching between our phones for music. The waterproofing is a delightful bonus. Great for tunes in the shower! I'm very happy with the sound quality as well (it can get pretty loud and you can actually hear some bass in there). The bluetooth range is decent, but I haven't really tested it outside of my apartment. And to add to how great this speaker is: My bf has his own, perfectly functional, speaker but more often than not swipes my little JBL for his use (even when his is right there). Might just be getting him his own soon.

Good Product
I used this for a while before its battery ran down. It was handy, very water proof, and sounded good. Eventually after a couple of years the battery died and then it would only work while plugged in. But all in all it was a solid speaker.

Worth every penny.
The media could not be loaded. Note: There is a battery indicator next to the bluetooth icon on your phone.I was afraid I was spending too much for such a small speaker. There were cheaper options, but I took a dive on this one knowing I can trust JBL. I am glad that I didn't go cheap on this one. There is sufficient, tight bass. Mids are very clear and loud and the highs aren't annoyingly tincan-ny like most small speakers. The overall audio quality is enjoyable wether you're indoors or outdoors. Waterproof up to 1 meter for 30 minutes and it will not break when dropped. I replaced the carabiner included with a much bigger one for when I'm hiking or mountain biking. The permanently attached rubber that holds the carabiner is durable. My favorite thing about this speaker is how fast and stable bluetooth connection is. The only thing I despise about this speaker is the permanently attached 3.5mm aux/audio cord. Breaking it means game-over for those who don't have bluetoothcapable devices. A bluetooth transmitter is an option at this point.I'd buy another for my son's bike if I could afford it.

Great little speaker. Good quality. Very portable.
I got this speaker a few weeks ago and have been using it a lot. It is a decent amount bigger than the last JBL Clip but is not too big or awkward and is also more sleek. The buttons are setup differently as well but overall are better because you can feel them without looking. The sound is much better than I expected from such a small speaker. The quality is clearer and there is actually some bass that can be felt/heard. I mostly use it on bike rides, while working out, in the shower or just generally on the go and the sound is perfect for all those scenarios. The carabiner feels sturdy and is bigger than on the last one so you can clip it to more things. The battery life seems pretty good. I used it a few hours a day for about 4/5 days off the original charge that it came with. I also like the fact that you can see the battery life on iOS (iPhone 6S.)I haven’t tested it in water but will update with any changes/issues.

Older technology, but I needed a 3.5mm connection. It's JBL!
Better than described. Described as "used, but like new/refurbished". Actually, appears to be only an opened container. I worried that it would have a shorter battery life because of shelf-life on an old model, but it appears to have a healthy battery. Battery is rated at 8 hours playback. I haven't fully drained it yet, but it has played for many hours. Great sound. I needed 3.5mm connectivity. Everything on the market now in these sizes are only bluetooth. The 3.5mm connection is a cord that is wrapped around the body with a male connector on the end. Cord is going to require care to not stress it, but I expected that in a small design. I'm happy.
