5000 iu ??? i could not find them
It has a smell of chocolate. I did not find any major difference during my use till now 28 days. I will try for another month. Hope! It will work as i am Vit D deficient person.

Stopped my feet cracking sounds
I took it for 3 days and the cracking sound that my feet used to make stopped.

I don't think this works
I had been buying and using these supplements for the last 6 months, consuming it almost regularly and I am still Vitamin D deficient (I did a blood test). I am moving on to some other brand and I'd suggest others to test their vitamin d levels and see if this supplement is making any difference.
