Entirely cheating support experience despite feasible product, First of all, Installation is a complete dissatisfactory. With in 4 months, filter stopped working. attempted to reach back support number but no one is answering for any queries. Left with no support. for almost a week now. This is really concerning. Complete false commitments from all over the support staff. I requested them to setup the filter in window, Technician clearly said, he will give required options with paid services, even i agreed for same but even after 4 months, this request stands pending. Now even filter gave up and its not working.

I was unsure in the beginning but after using it i would say that it is good product and working fine. Would definitely recommend you guys to go for it. I like the product. Reasonable and fine quality.

Product is good but instalation service is very poor.

I bought this water purifier two days ago and it is delivered one day before the due date as promised. the product is worth to buy and water taste is good. I recommend this product. the installation was done by the manufacturer after sending the copy of the purchase bill through whatsup. Satisfied.

Writing this review after using the product for more than a month.-> Delivery: 5/5-> Packaging: 5/5-> Installation: 5/5, Product was installed same day upon raising the request. Installation is not free it will cost you anywhere around 400-550 INR. You can confirm the same while placing the installation request.-> Build quality: Good, apart from the power cable. The wall mount adapter was a defective one but installation guy took care of it for me.-> Final Review: Overall a good product in this price range.

Installation is not included in this product, if customer will call outside vender for installation they will exclude the warranty. If will call their own vender they are charging whatever they want because they knows you dont have any option to say "NO". also installation guy suggesting "sir why did you buy this product" you should have buy "Aquaguard". Please take responsibility for installation also.
