Well made i would buy again

When you need such a hammer it is REALLY nice to have a selection of sizes and weights to avoid having to bang too hard or worse, damaging what you are hammering due to a much too heavy hammer. I looked at Harbor Freight and then found these on Amazon. The cost for THREE of these was less than one or two at Harbor Freight. My needs were simple, and I was seeking a complete set to give me options when the need arose to use such a hammer. At this price point I am DELIGHTED. I don't use such a hammer daily but only periodically so these will last me a lifetime. For the professional who bangs hard and often the coating on these hammers may not prove to last, but so far, I've not had any issues whatever. I particularly like having a set rather than choosing just one size hammer to do everything, and this price point made that possible. Very happy!

Nice sizes. I wish I had looked for a set that was metal compatible instead but for most things these work well. I loaned one to a neighbor that was putting together a trampoline and she said it worked so much better than a regular hammer. I picked these up to replace a rubber mallet but honestly, a rubber mallet is still a good tool to have.

This dead blow mallet set seemed reasonably well priced compared to buying them separately.Quite a significant saving!They appear to be extremely well made and give something a decent whack with the 3lb mallet and there’s no rebound and a shockproof design makes them easy to use and more importantly easy on your joints as well .They feel well balanced in the hand.The Polyurethane coating seems very strong and I can’t see these splitting if a really hard blow is given on rough surface metal.But like any tools, if you use them properly and use the correct tool for the right job then they should last a very long time.The Red and Black styling makes this deadblow mallet set so easy to like.The variety of sizes chosen make then suitable for all sorts of jobs in the workshop.I look forward to getting a decent lifespan from this Deadblow mallet set and very happy with the design and colours.With a wide variety of hammer and mallet types in my arsenal I think I’ve got this well covered.
