Caveat emptor - I am not a balm user like my mom and aunts. But I have tried a few to give a soothing relief on days with a bad headache. And I never found balms to really work. Bought this one for it’s a classic for my mom (she was a headrosa balm fan prior to this one) and tried it once when I had a headache and boy o boy is this one strong and I felt that it worked - my headache disappeared which I attributed as a fluke. It has a really nice scent and you can feel that it contains some real classic ingredients. I tried this again and it worked again. So I guess balm works - atleast this one does. Good to see a classic back thanks to the piramals and you then understand why a product becomes a classic - because they work.

Block the signal of pain to the brain, No signals no pain. Create a burning sensation. Useful in the only affected area, joints, neck and back pain, sprain, swelling. What it doesn't do? You cannot apply it to your forehead, open wound, etc. The action starts after 1 hr and long lasted. People who are engaged in the fieldwork must buy it. It is the most effective balm I have ever used in the market. Comparison Tiger balm is competing with this kind of quality only.

Used it for low back and knee pain. Excellent results from day 1. Able to to exercises again. Just need a thin layer. Increase volume only if needed, subsequent days. Quiet burning if applied in excess. Wash hands and fingers thoroughly after application. Good for most joint pain. Not suitable for forehead or neck or any part of sensitive skin.
