I'm absolutely loving this phone. It has your typical Android setup and layout so nothing revolutionary here, but it feels different in the hand than some other Samsung phones. It's less plasticky. The design is great, I wasn't sure about the lilac color initially because all my devices have always been white, but the phone looks absolutely gorgeous. It's also just big enough and light so it doesn't feel like a brick. (My previous Samsung was the opposite and I kept dropping it.) As for functionality, the two things that stand out are the camera and the internet speed. The quality of pictures is amazing - they are very clear, and the colors are very natural. Videos are also surprisingly sharp even when the camera's moving. The internet hardware gives me the best speed I can get, I have fibre and my router usually goes up to around 130 Mbps, and I got 135 on the phone. On my previous Samsung I would only get about 30 Mbps, and I've just returned another Samsung to Amazon that managed a whopping 5bps. Battery life is also very good. The phone I bought is a refurbished one with battery health at 80% but it still lasts a good 24 hours or more. I don't make a lot of calls but I watch a lot of YouTube and spend quite a bit of time on social media every day. At first, when the phone is installing updates and downloading programs, it seems to eat up a lot of power, but after the setup it goes back to normal. A new phone will definitely last even longer. The only thing I wasn't happy about is the fact that there is no headphone jack and I use headphones with my phone a lot. But I bought a little adapter for the jack for a few quid and that solved the problem.

I was upgrading from samsung a23. Had to buy a new phone quick as charging port gave up. This phone came well packaged and easy to setup and transfer everything from my old phone quickly. Alot faster than the a23. Screen is a little smaller but visually looks amazing. Bought a screen protector for it but the phone can't identify my fingerprint through it. The reason for 4 stars is the battery is poor. I've made 1 phone call lasting an hour, and general browsing and I've had to charge my phone already. It was 100% before phone call and browsing. Light to hold and fits great in your pocket. Touch screen is very responsive, but for some reason can't detect my fingerprint when I fixed a screen protector on it. Apart from that, great phone. This was a refurbished and said excellent condition. When I received it not a mark, but sim card holder missing. Seller said they would refund £7 for me to buy a new one.

Where do I start with this diabolical seller.... Grey phone ordered: First one arrived with a faulty on/off button. I send back at my own cost with seller agreeing to pay my recorded delivery postage Second one arrived some days later. Worked fine for two weeks then froze and could not be fixed. Another phone sent back with seller agreeing to pay recorded delivery postage. +++ I still have not received refund for first return postage - seller has my bank details so easy for him to do ++++ After a couple of weeks and lots of chasing the third phone arrives and a completely different colour, totally unsuitable for a male professional using the phone for work, that is why i ordered a grey one. After more chasing for responses seller says he has no more grey ones, despite me pointing out he is still selling them on amazon. Another phone sent back with seller agreeing to pay recorded delivery postage. +++ I still have not received refund for first and second return postage +++ At this point I requested a refund and the outstanding postage costs. More chasing for a reply and finally I run out of patience and report seller to Amazon. Then receive a message from seller saying refund is being processed. I presume this was out of his hands as I also received an automated Amazon message confirming this. I again requested the refund for my postage costs that he (Mr Mir) had agreed to, and no communication back since, hence I have been encouraged by his complete lack of customer service and understanding (he was told I use my phone for work) to write this review. SO NOW I HAVE NO PHONE AND AM OUT OF POCKET FOR 3 X RECORDED DELIVERY POSTAGE EXPENSES If this review hasn't put you off buying from Mr Mir / G+I International or whatever they are called, then you are taking a huge gamble with your money.

Very happy with my new phone, it looks brand new.

So far so good BUT if you're wanting a UK version you should probably not shop here. Mine was described as a UK version & it is actually a US version WHICH would be NO good if I was wanting to put a SIM card in it as it would not get a good enough signal as it would have areas of the signal missing because its not going to fully connect to UK signal when it is a US version. It is for AT&T & VERISON etc not O2 & Vodafone for eg. Yes you can probably put an O2 sim in but you wont get the full signal that you would get from a UK version. I have purchased this for my child & she will not be having a sim & if she does it wont be getting credit on so it wont matter too much as she will be on WIFI. It would be no good for my other children though as they'd want credit on. So knowing this I'd have to shop somewhere else for them.

Au début j'avoue avoir eu peur de cet article face à certains commentaires mais en fait j'en suis vraiment agréablement surprise ! je le recommande ! Rapport qualité prix respecté, la qualité de l'image est vraiment bien et le son aussi. Pensez à activer la 5G dans vos paramètres

at the beginning it was looking very good and clean but after using you see the network disappears suddenly and comes back, even during the calls.
