Let's start with the only negative: the smell is slightly unpleasant. It's not perfumed; it just smells like the ingredients, or like smelling an empty bottle of olive oil (but not as strong). You don't notice the smell after a minute, though. After one day of usage, I barely notice the smell at all anymore.Everything else about this product is freaking wonderful. It's made of natural and organic-certified ingredients, the balm is easy to apply, the lack of perfume makes it probably safe for sensitive skin, is easy to carry around in a purse or pocket, and doesn't make my nose or the surrounding skin greasy or itchy.Whenever I get sick, my nose immediately gets sore and chapped from blowing my nose; I put this on in the morning, when my nose was so raw it was about to bleed - the same evening, the skin had healed a bit and the redness and pain were gone. My nose was still peeling a bit, but the next morning there was no more peeling. It's hands down a wonderful product and I would recommend this to everyone. This is way better than trying to apply lip chapstick (scent/texture/healing wise) to my nose, and more effective and lasting than lotion. I apply a thin layer of this balm to my nose about 5 times a day at the moment, but it'll probably go down to twice a day as I get better. I love this product so much. If you're in a warmer climate, be aware that this will probably melt on you.

This is awesome been dealing with sore nose and flaking since covid moisture stays all day my nose doesn't hurt the smell is harmless so glad I found this.

A really great product that helps with bruises, cuticles and various skin problems. Natural ingredients only and is a roll on which makes it easy to use.

The inside of my nose was so dry that it hurt. Within one day of using this product, the pain was gone! The thought of sticking this up my nose was not appealing to me so I scoop a tiny bit on my fingers instead.

This has been a such a great find!! My daughter was getting horrible gushing bloody noses from our forced air heat that was causing our air to be so dry. Out of nowhere she was having these terrible nose bleeds, sometimes multiple times a day. We’ve tried a lot of products & added a cool mist humidifier to her room & she was still getting them. She started swabbing the inside of her nose with this balm every night before bed & she hasn’t got one single nose bleed since. What a fantastic product!!! SO glad I stumbled across it!

I've been using this consistently for a week to give it an honest chance. It's a good product, very emollient and does help the cracked dryness -- but no more than other emollient sticks. I still have that persistent painful fissure and redness, though application with this product does temporarily make it feel better, and it hasn't flared up like it has in the past. It hasn't healed though, which was what I was hoping for. I agree that it does have a strong, cloyingly sweet smell, somewhat offensive, but I choose the soothing property over the smell. It's important to note that I'm still using it -- it's a good product, and keeping the area somewhat managed. I just haven't found it to be miraculous.

Even though this is advertised as a sore-nose stick, I ONLY use this as a lip-softener, as it is the same size as a tube of chapstick; plus, it is easier to apply in cold weather (I believe the beeswax makes it easier to warm at lip temperature). As a lip-softener, it outshines ANY other product! I have given more than a few away, and made some friends that way! lol! One more observation: while I have found this slightly more expensive, I believe I use less. Regardless, my lips feel a whole lot better!

If you have a sore nose from dryness, then try this. It is great for coating the inside of your nose with something natural that provides moisture. My nose gets dry from the heat in the winter or fans/AC in the summer. When I found this product I noticed that my nose hardly ever feels dry and I never see any blood on my facial tissues after blowing my nose. This product is the size of a lip gloss and is easy to carry with you in your pocket during the day to periodically reapply to your nose.
