This is old sizing. What is the bust measurements for this sizing?

A size 14 is definately large. It is a16 or anger.

I have decent sewing skills....is this a difficult pattern?

I found it to be easy. If your sewing skills are only decent, use muslin to create a sample garment before you cut the actual fabric. Just follow the pattern.
