This has been a life saver for me. I tend to overstress easily and have trouble sleeping. Rather than relying on my anxiety medication, these drops have helped calm me enough to put me at peace. My anxiety medication has been for deeper episodes when needed and no longer needed just to have rest at night. I have noticed that not every bottle has the same taste though which was dissapointing. I always felt it had a black licorice taste which I don't personally care for but it was tolerable. My most recent bottle was the first time it ever tasted different and not in a good way. Im not sure if that is normal but it still works just the same for me so I am not deducting a star for it. The price is great for how long it lasts me to have peace. It helps me rest but if I need it during the day it doesn't make me sleepy or take away my energy which is another bonus. I learned the hard way to be sure to place the drops on your toung as suggested. I accidentally placed the drops in my mouth once with my head to far back which went straight to my through and it was very uncomfortable. It took quite a bit to make it go away but the taste doesn't linger too long when taking it overall. Even though it is natural, I also suggest to do as it recommends and consult physician before taking it. I had a friend very eager to try after hearing my experience, but after research she discovered that this specifically she couldn't take with her condition which neither of us questioned at first. So take it responsibly and it is 100% worth it!

Definitely recommend this for anyone who may be over stimulated. It has helped me a great deal. Obviously consult your doctor before taking. I did notice my mood change. I have felt more relaxed. My focus has increased, though I am also taking another supplement along with this. The taste is a bit odd, but the pros outweigh the cons.

This is my favorite ashwagandha supplement. The taste is tolerable and the dropper makes it easy to take by itself or sometimes I will add it to a hot tea. I usually take mine in the mornings and have noticed that I am more focused but less on edge during my most busy and stressful days. It also helps me get through my seasonal affectiveness disorder (SAD) with a little more calm and peacefulness (Jesus helps too!) I trust this brand and really enjoy that it doesn't have sugar substitutes added to it. One bottle will usually last me one month if I am taking it daily.

The only reason I'm giving this a four-star is The taste is so so. I like tinctures. I use herbs. I was brought up with herbs. So tincture is the best next thing to the actual herb itself and not quality of it is higher. I like organic. I have zero side effects. And for the value, at first I thought oh my gosh it's pricey yet you don't use as much as other tinctures. So the money and the size work well. Don't get fooled by its small size. Size you don't use as much.

I am in my 40s and have struggled with hormonal acne on my chin for years now and it's been really frustrating. I saw someone recommended ashwagandha to help so I thought I'd give it a try and I'm two months into now acne. I can't say I've noticed other benefits because that was all I was hoping for. The taste is fine and it's such a small amount that I don't mind it at all. I'll continue taking it for as long as I have these results!
