Fit Perfectly - 2020 Subaru Outback
Searched on You Tube for a video to install this filter. Could not have been easier. It is tight fight, so the fit must be placed properly so the clips on the outside case can be closed. Easy DIY project and a nice cost savings over having the dealer or mechanic doing it.

Fits 2018 Crosstrek
Ordered for my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek, and it does fit but was snug to close the clamps on the cover. I think the orange gasket part is thicker making the cover harder to close. Other reviews said it fit so I ordered based on that. It does fit though. The stock one is more pleated, I posted pics to show the comparison, not sure if that matters. It took about 3 minutes to replace and no tools required. Dealer wanted $85 to replace so this was awesome at under $20!!

It fits, but doesn't have the amount of pleats that the OEM filter has, less money, but if I have to change it more often then....?

Is NOT compatible with Subaru Crosstrek 2024
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I read that this was supposed to be compatible with Subaru Crosstrek 2024. It absolutely doesn't fit and I've tried to trim the foam around the corner, but that didn't help. Unfortunately, I was too busy to swap out the filter and the window to return has expired. I wrote to the manufacturer, but never got a response. Do yourself a favor and get an original part since you're already saving money by DIY. Lesson learned. Never again!

Easy Installation and Perfect Fit for My Subaru
I checked the FRAM official website to find the exact air filter model for my Subaru, which is CA12295. Walmart was out of stock, so I ordered it from Amazon. Following an online tutorial, the replacement was very easy to do myself. The filter fits perfectly and seems to provide excellent engine protection. Very satisfied with this purchase and the hassle-free installation!
