I love this! It allows me to enjoy any coffee flavor I want in my old verisimo machine! Easy to clean, fill, and slides right into the machine! So happy I got it!

Works in my Starbuck's Verismo Machine 600. Perfect Fit. Does Not Leak a perfect seal. Recommend you fill to the line inside of pod slightly packed. If you love whole beans grind them to an expresso grind I also grind the regular ground coffee to an expresso grind. Pre-heat machine by pressing the rinse button once before use of pod. Perfect cup with the foam. I've used a variety of brands. Enjoy

The plastic cartridges work by being punctured on the bottom; this stainless steel item is solid and I'm not willing to risk breaking the machine to use it. Not that I can, as it also doesn't fit in the machine--it falls right through. In my Verismo, the cartridges go in sideways from the top and are punctured somewhere along the way and end up in a container underneath that holds 8 or 10 spent cartridges. I can't figure out how this can possibly work in my machine and missed the return date. I'm not even sure what machine I have, as they aren't labeled as such. It's a system 600, according to the user manual. Maybe.

It makes good coffee as long as you don’t use coarse or espresso grind, you need to pack the the grounds firmly. The instructions say to use the included tamper to pack the grounds but there is none just two measurers one small plastic one and another weird stainless one with a long spring loaded clip that makes no sense why it’s attached, it is not shown on the instructions. After it’s used, the pod when ejected comes out scalding hot so be careful if you are going to make more than one cup it will need a cooling off period or buy two so you don’t wait. It is somewhat time consuming to use. I’m still contemplating if I should return it.

I ordered this for my husband for Father’s Day! He got to open it sooner 😉 and he loves it! The coffee comes through strong and smooth! Easy to use and clean!!!! No more high priced pods!!!! Thanks so much!!!

I wish that it was inserted the same way the coffee pods went in. The metal pod doesn't. I placed this pod the same as I do with the plastic and paper pots and broke off the metal point of what pierces the pod. Now I have together a new coffee pot. So I order again and will insert it backwards. I do love the fact that I can just wash and dry and reuse.

This works great with the verismo. I was happy to find it. The lid is with a rubber seal and does not screw so it takes a bit getting used to.You won't get the froth or creme that you get from kfee pods, but it makes a decent espresso.

I love that I can use this in my Verismo Espresso machine, and it's not plastic!! I was never to thrilled about using the disposable pods and then Starbucks stopped making the pods for this machine. Now I can, and do, make my own Starbucks espresso daily.
