Hello, The C2410C is an in-counter cup dispenser. This means that you would need to cut a hole inside of the counter top to mount this dispenser. Each dispenser comes with an instruction sheet that details the hole diameter and how to mount the dispenser.

If I understand your question correctly - you are asking if cups can be removed from the top? Yes - that's what this does. There is a large spring in the black tube that pushes up on a platform that has the cups on it. The spring puts vertical pressure - it's not gravity fed. Hope this helps

use these for 16, 24, and 32 oz foam coke cups.....they adapt size very easily, and fit snug in counter (once ou cut the hole the fright size). for the money, makes a very nice clean installation that does what it is intended to do.
