Best glue I've found since the spray went away. Messier to apply (and more time consuming) and to clean off when changing bags, but so much longer between changes. It's latex, so some people will have a problem, but if you can tolerate that, this works well for me. Longer use with less stress about failures. Wish the Adapt was still available, but this is the best alternative I've found.

Was used for my Dobermans ears for posting. It was very easy to use and very gentle on her. She never made a fuss with it unlike other methods. Has also been used for helping hold on to libre sensors when having adhesive issues!

Works good but a little hard to get off

I'm a long term user of this paste. I've used it for nearly 17 years since having a transverse colectomy at Mayo Clinic. I still use this paste because of the zinc content. Zinc is an excellent skin protector and the last thing anyone wants on fragile skin that must be covered is a wound. I apply the paste directly to my skin and I also apply it over the adhesive that is on the wafer. I've never encountered breakdown of any kind around my stoma. It's easy to apply with the brush. Make sure to keep the can tightly sealed or the paste will thicken over time. The extra effort is worth the protection and added longevity of my wafer.

This is a quality product. Good value for the money. I use this product for posting dog ears, works very well.
