Covers entire face for a soothing experience
I love this mask, but I lay down and place it over my face. It has the capability to use the velcro straps to secure mask. I find it most comfortable and easy to relax and lay it on my face. I would buy them again. The mask works for me.

Cools my face
The face mask cools my entire face and works well when I need to do work at my computer. The eye mask is great when I have a few minutes to relax with my eyes closed. The little circle packs are great when I have a headache; I'm able to place the little packs on my neck and cool off, easing my headache.

Little rough and hard for the face
This ice pack is really great that it has a strap on the top of your head to attach to the back to keep it from sliding off your face. However, it's a little rough for your face. The plastic should be softer especially since your skin on your face is more fragile. It chills pretty fast so you don't have to wait too long to apply. One face pack had a little oozing of the gel so I have to mail it back. I wish they could have just sent me 1 replacement instead of me mailing the entire thing back. Especially since 1 ice pack was fine. Overall it works to cool your face if you have a rash, redness or swelling. Only complaint, make the plastic little more softer for your face then I'd give this 5 stars all the way.

Cool
Pretty cool mask. One thing is that no matter how you wear it, the mask just cannot fully stick to the bottom half of your cheeks since it tilts a little bit closer towards your forehead by how it is designed. Overall amazing. Keep it in a separate box/area in your fridge so it doesn't smell like food :)

Velcro sticks in my hair
Great idea, but not executed well. The Velcro that secures the mask tangles in my hair and hurts to remove.

Love this! Ice’s all the right spots on the face! Isn’t too cold to wear and it seems like it is made very well!

Not so great
The plastic should have been covered with a peachy feel fabric . Placing iced plastic directly on your skin is extremely painful . I had to create a an intermediate layer out of sweatshirt fabric to tolerate it. Needs major improvements .
