Nice pans!. Used the pan first for a blueberry sheet cake, and it baked perfectly. Cake slices were easily removed from pan, left no scratches, or stuck residue. Pan washed well. I am used to using 3" side pans, but this size worked out well. When I ordered them, I didn't pay attention to the 2 inch sides.Seems to be truly stainless steel.

I purchased these pans and so far they work well. I prefer stainless steel to cook in and they exceed my expectations.
