Easy to use, super quality. The camera was plug and play on the Mac. I use it with Zoom conference services. Purchased this model for the expanded field of view. The expansion Mic is awesome. Sound reception is incredible (almost too good, left the conference room for a private conversation and the mic picked up the conversation for all the online meeting participants to hear) I have to say, the picture captured by the MAXHUB is amazingly sharp and clear. It looks like broadcast TV rather than a webcam. The auto-focus is also quick and accurate. Although I can't comment on the audio portion of the cam because I use a wireless headset for audio, I can definitely recommend the camera for it's flawless video output! And it's 100% compatible with MS Teams, which is my company's videoconferencing software of choice.

A lot of reviews have complain about the picture quality and focus. I did not get far enough with the set up to see how the camera performs in a meeting. The picture quality looks fine in the setup utility. The issues I have are four (all show stoppers in my opinion): 1. The aspect ratio of the screen interface does not match that of my monitor, so I cannot see all the image. I cannot find any settings that address this. 2. The link I found in a setup video (cut.ly/ucs10.com) for downloading apps returns the error: “that URL doesn’t exist”. 3. I found the link on your site for downloading the screen share app. When I click on the link, nothing happens. 4. I have submitted multiple support requests and all I get is crickets. Amazon should be more discriminatory about the vendors they allow to sell on their site. This company is nearly scamming the consumers.

Absolutely nothing intuitive about it setting it up. We watched multiple videos, but they glossed over the parts we needed the help with. We finally got it figured out and when we connected a wireless keyboard and mouse everything became easier. They really should suggest people use a wireless keyboard and mouse. The picture and sound quality were excellent. We ended up returning it, though, because although in the description it says it supports Mac OS 10.10 or higher, we could only get it to work with Monterey. We had planned on using it in a conference room where people would be bringing their own laptops for presentations and could not count on people having Monterey. Also, we are required at work to use encrypted USBs. When we tried to upload Zoom from the USB to the unit, the unit would not recognize the USB.

Since I’m WFH everyday I need to have all the meetings with my colleagues and clients in my home. I’ve been looking for a good quality conference camera for a while. If you are in the same situation as I am then this product is a MUST for you. First of all, the product delivered earlier than I expect and the package is great. The install and setup are very easy. It took me like 20 minutes to make it working. The most important part is that the camera quality and sound quality are great! There is no issue such as can’t hear my colleagues clearly in the meeting. Overall, I strongly recommend this product to you!

This is the worst product I have ever purchased on Amazon. The link given to download the software does not work nor do any of the Maxhub links that I found on Google, and the unit is not recognized by my computer when I plug it in by USB. It appears you can install software directly to the camera, but after multiple attempts to install the Zoom app on the camera's internal storage, I have been unsuccessful and am at the limit of my patience. This is not a user friendly product and I have apparently wasted several hundred dollars on something that I now have to replace. Do not buy this camera.

Bought for my friend's computer Win 10 so she could do video using Zoom. Opened the package connected the USB cable. I went into settings for Camera to see if it was really working and there I was looking at myself, a little scary. She has been using the camera to video with friends for the past few days no problem. Video and audio quality are excellent.This is a quality, high definition web cam. When we use it on Zoom, our video feed is clean and sharp as a tack while the others are badly focus and cloudy.

I rarely write reviews; however, because many of the reviews of this product appear to miss the mark in my opinion, I decided to dip my toe into the water, as they say. First, any review that says it is easy and set up in a few minutes is not using the system as a stand alone system, but instead, has it connected to a computer. The most accurate review was the one from an Android App designer. This camera comes with no virtual meeting software downloaded (i.e. no zoom, no teams, no Skype). And to get these programs onto the system, you need to find a third-party cite that offers the software in an APK file format (Android Package Kit). Then, you need to download that file onto a computer, transfer the file from the computer to a thumb drive, and then use the thumb drive to download it onto the conference system—I’ve learned this is called “side-loading”. It is not that difficult, but does take some time. After doing this, the camera and speaker system works great and looks great with the clean lines. I also feel that the instructional videos on this product fail to adequately discuss the process of side loading, and the necessity of it. If you are willing to learn how to side-load, then it is a good product for you. Conversely, if you are not, you will not be able to use this as a stand alone system.

I use with a vizio tv. when joining a zoom, i get a message stating new zoom software needed. i click download from zoom and it says successfully downloaded (even though it took less than 2 seconds). regardless, I receive the same update required message. I did the old school plug unplug deal that is typically offered by customer service centers around the world. customer service Zoom tells me to go to vizio. customer service vizio tells me to go to zoom. meanwhile i'm FUTA.......
