This book is very user friendly and appealing to the eye. It gives different memory techniques for all learning types and breaks down steps for memorizing. It gives examples (written and drawn) and practical ideas to help the whole family memorize verses. I have my own ways of memorizing things, but it doesn’t work for my child because he has a different learning style than I do. So this book really helped me see how to help him best. It also helped me with new ideas to incorporate into my teaching techniques (for elementary school). The book gives tips on how to grow your child in God’s truths. I love the prayers it gives. It helps me put words into the perspective of my child. I like how it ties everything into praying and building that connection with the Lord. It gives a lot of resources and tools as well.

At this gift-giving season of Christmas, we need to keep reminding ourselves that the Lord Jesus is the best gift of all. Yet how could we get to know Him deeper and deeper? How do we hide God's words in our hearts? Bible memorization is much more powerful than just reading it. Yet it seems so challenging. We keep this cute book as a reference. When they were discouraged in their Bible memory work, my children would take out this cute book to try new ideas, and be motivated again with renewed interest. The lively illustrations make the book fun. I came back to order more as Christmas gifts to friends.

This book just gives you ideas on how to memorize verses, not what I thought it was. Could google the same info. Disapointed

This book offers a variety of ways to memorize. It's easy to read and kid friendly. The illustrations are great! My Sunday School class has really liked the idea of drawing out the verse. This book makes memorizing fun and easier. I think all Sunday School teachers should have this book.

I work with a kids and young adults, many of whom are initially reluctant to learn Scripture—because it’s “too hard.” But the reality is that they are approaching it the wrong way. Quickly reading a verse three times in your head and expecting to know it by heart is unreasonable. Instead, this book helps you to engage with God’s Word through easy activities that are fun and memorable. Since we purchased the book, my daughters have a stronger desire and ability to memorize the Bible. They’re young, so we’re focusing on short and medium length passages, but they have been consistently learning new verses each week. I use the same techniques with the boys that I lead at church and they are surprised: not only can they memorize scripture, it’s not as difficult as they had feared!

What a great book! Filled with so many simple and creative ideas for ANYONE to learn how to memorize scripture. Great learning tool for young ones through adults. We just received this book and it is fabulous! Our whole family will be using the book and it's great fun lessons for memorizing Scripture. Some of us work with the elementary school age, jr high and high school age and we can use these lessons with all these age groups! We will also be giving this book to our Youth Minister. Love the art work too!
