Yes it is plastic. But you only need a little so it will last a long time. I really love the sea salt scent of it.

When do you use this product before washing before styling

You can use whenever, the norm is towel dry your hair and then spray in and let it dry naturally or style with hairdryer, personally I use it on dry hair after blowdrying and it works perfectly for me

Does it have a fragrance

I bought one and the fragrance is too strong and unpleasant for me and smells like those in the barbershop of 1980's and it Is last long time.
