Tamaño ideal para tragar, son de gel con la votamina D dentro de la misma. Hay otras que son comprimidos normales típo pastilla y sin embargo estas perlas son ideales. Después de una analítica la realidad es clara de tener un déficit a estar en la media recomendable. Muy Buen producto. Uno de los indispensables en mi casa.
