Lightweight excellence
Solid mount with quality hardware. I wanted something light to mount my (also primary arms) .22 scope onto that wouldn't break the bank. I was sceptical of having only 4 screws on each side, but after putting thousands of rounds down range, tossing the rifle into and out of the truck, and in general being anything but gentle with this thing, I worried needlessly. It's still as rock solid as when I first installed it.The finish was even and looked great. The hardware is durable - I really cranked down the screws and not a mark on them and certainly no stripping. The rail mount locks up tight, and the angle of the mount puts the scope in perfect position on my m&p 15-22. Given the weight savings over every other mount I own and it's excellent track record on my trust .22, this is going to be my go-to for future scope rings.

Study and affordable option
Good affordable option on the market. Use Loctite on the fastening screw or it can shake loose.

Love it for what it is...a basic scope mount...that works!
First off, I would like to state my purpose of use...range ninja, desert plinker...patriot when the time comes.I do not plan on taking any tactical courses (though I am still hoping...) nor rolling around in too much dirt and mud; do not plan on deploying out of an armored vehicle; do not plan on jumping out of an airplane. Now that that is out of the way. This thing is rock solid. I was not sure how well a single clamp was going to secure this thing to my rifle. This thing locks down my scope. I purchased this to mount a Vortex Cross Fire II. Perfect match.I have shot over 200 rounds so far and it hasn't budged.Save your money and get this mount. It comes with adapter for using this mount with 1" barreled scopes/devices. I am sure a La Rue is better material, but not 10 times better! I paid $26 for this! That is all a good mount should cost. I am a budget guy. I do not use the word cheap when describing some product that its pricing is so good, that the value of the item is above the actual cost of the item. Gear snobs will automatically describe a low cost item such as this mount as cheap, implying poor construction and materials. Not so with this mount.

Simple, solid, works well.
A solid, basic scope mount. Didn't see a need for anything too pricey, you really can only hold a scope on a rifle so many ways, and then the rest is just marketing hype. The square cutout is too low for an AR15 A2 style sight picture, but for another style rifle it would probably work fine.I say, what's really more important than special mounting options and hyped up scope mounts is to actually use the RIGHT TORQUE. Some quick reading and a torque wrench/screwdriver and you can solidly mount your optic - no issues.

and a nice Primary Arms sticker
Let me start out by saying this item comes really well packaged for a budget scope mount. Comes in a labeled box with a warranty card, torx wrench, and a nice Primary Arms sticker. Yes you read that correctly it comes with a torx wrench. This mount uses Torx head screws instead of Allen Key screws. This is a huge advantage because not only does this allow you to more securely tighten your optic into place, it also makes it way less likely to strip out the screws. The finish of this mount is similar to that of an Ar15 receiver. It has very nice anodizing and doesn't come off as cheap compared to some other low cost mounts. Now if you were like me and you had doubts on whether or not just one mounting screw would be enough to hold the mount and scope down over time have no fear. I was surprised to see that the mount plate is a lot beefier in person than it appears on the listing. It also comes with a washer and lock washer to prevent the mounting screw from loosening. If you are still worried (you shouldnt be) of the mount coming loose, you can also add some blue thread locker for even more reassurance. This scope fits both 30mm and 1 inch scope tubes. Another surprising feature is that the adapters to mount a 1 inch scope are metal. I have never bought a scope mount in this price range that came with that feature. Usually they are always plastic. Some reviews say that this mount is only good for 22lr. So far I ran 30 rounds through my big bore .450 Bushmaster Ar setup without any problems. I know 30 rounds inst much but .450 bushmaster is 3 times as powerful as a standard .223 round. I have complete confidence this scope will never come loose unless I want it too. I will be buying another one of these mounts. Comment if you have any questions regarding this product.

Good for the price
You get what you pay for. Held up well for about a year, maintained zero. However, I recently stripped out the bolt that holds it to your rail. Pretty good for a range toy.

I got a Nikon mount before this (from another vendor) and it was terrible.
Quality product from a quality company, without breaking the bank. I got a Nikon mount before this (from another vendor) and it was terrible. Oh, and fast delivery from Primary Arms, also. I mounted a Bushnell Banner to my Radical Firearms flat top AR using this PA mount. No problems with BUS’s or anything.

The screws seem to not tighten very well not all that impressed with quality the rear of mount tightened perfect. The front felt like it was a different thread pitch by the amount of revolutions, also there felt like an uneven ammount of tension. Base mounting crossbolt snapped worthless
