Effective peppermint oil
A colleague recommended peppermint oil capsules, and these are ideal. Easy to swallow they are really effective to assist with my digestive system problems.

Easy to swallow
I like this product as it is easy to swallow and I enjoy the peppermint taste as it helps my digestion.

Read the instructions before taking them
Not what I wanted as it turns out. There are so many precautions to bear in mind before using them. That said, I did try them. Did nothing for me though.
