I always make sure I have backup bottles on hand so I'm never shy about finishing the bottle that's open! Bright, hot but not punishing. The habanero and sriracha are also great!

An awesome light flavorful sauce. Add it to some mayo for an awesome taco sauce with just a tiny bit of spice and awesome flavor.

So flavorful, a bit sweet without a lot of added carbs or sugar (I am diabetic) and just a delight to add to everything. I go thru the big bottles one right after another. The Yellow Bird is mild enough to be enjoyable without pain. Gotta go, time to order another bottle!

I fancy myself to be a green hot sauce aficionado. This is the #1 best tasting green sauce, hands down. I found this in Buc-ee's a few years ago and it blew me away. The cucumber is the secret ingredient! It's hard to eat pizza without it.

Had to order a large bottle for the hubby. He has tried little sample sizes from the store for a buck... doesn't last long at all. Go big or go home! 😉

Very great taste. Needs about 10 more ounces. It's not the cost it's constant use.
