A must read for all swimmers!
An excellent book from a top-notch coach. I purchased this book in hopes of finding motivation to get back in the pool during the pandemic, which led to a sedentary lifestyle for many of us who are working from home. Despite all the restrictions enforced by the county, thanks to this book I look forward to my daily workout. Whether you are a seasoned swimmer or new to the sport, you will undoubtedly benefit from Coach Siouxha’s vast knowledge.

Great book for those who forget how many laps we have swum !
I am a former competitive swimmer and now enjoy swimming for a good workout. This book is perfect if you, like me, swim regularly but not as part of a coached session and want some variety to break up the monotony of lap swimming. Amazing work by Coach Siouxha for those who chose swimming as a form of exercise.

Wow! It’s like I have my own coach standing on the deck. Awesome arrangement of workouts for anyone currently swimming, or thinking about getting back in the pool.

Great author, even better read
Siouxha swam with my dad, Haydar in their youth. He is spoken about very highly in all swimming circles he’s been involved in. I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking to get into swimming or looking to challenge themselves and improve their fitness.
