Anthony's Whole Milk Powder, 2 lb, Gluten Free, Non GMO, Made in USA

Love this milk powder. I use it in cooking, baking and fur adding to milk to help create thicker yogurt when making homemade yogurt. It's got a nice clean flavor and mixes well. I love the other products the brand offers, too. Always a good price, packaged well and if you'd, dependable quality. A pantry staple for me! It works well for baking and also mixes easily for use as a liquid when cooking or baking. I have also used as a coffee creamer. It mixes well with no clumid and tastes great.

I like using this instead of keeping milk on hand because I don’t drink milk. handy to use, but there are no equivalent listed on the back for measuring out product to water. I had to do some math and then write them down on the back myself.

Pleasantly Surprised ! I don’t often leave reviews, but this product deserves rave reviews. I don’t usually finish a quart of whole milk before it goes bad. I mixed up a quart of this using 32 oz of warm water and 1 1/2 cups of powder in the blender (water in first) and gave it a whirl. WOW! The cream in the milk was a little foamy on top, just like from the farm. It tastes better than fresh warm milk. Put it in the fridge to chill. Never thought it would be this good. Will definitely keep this as a pantry staple. Other dry milk has had an off flavor and aftertaste and seemed gritty. This one is smooth and delicious. Try it- you won’t be disappointed. Great to have on hand when you live a ways out from the storeI use it to extend a gallon of milk that is going to run out, I’ll just add a few scoops and a couple cups of water then shake it upIt’sa bit hard to dissolve. Unless you are cooking with it (it’s great for that-add it to your dry ingredients then add a bit of extra liquid when it comes time for that)

This powdered milk is not mixing well, even in hot water and leaves clumps in the drink. I also can barely taste the milk flavor. It might be ok for cooking but i am not enjoying my evening cup of warm milk!
