Does it need to be kept cold after opening?

I've never refrigerated after opening, and I've never had a problem. There's nothing on the label specifically suggesting refrigeration after opening. The label states, "Keep in a fresh and dry place." I'm not completely sure how to interpret that.

Do you have the Black Label in 1/2 gallons? How long will it keep opened in a cool, dark pantry?

I think they sell black label in a half gal but I would only go two weeks out of the fridge.

Why isn't there any expiration date on the 1/2 gallon jug?

The best by date should be printed on the bottle - very small but it is there. The 2 I purchased a few weeks ago have a date of 9/21 but they are good for much longer.
