Has all the ingredients and mixed well enough to where it doesn’t taste mushy or bland. Smells good, bottle looks good and the price is unbeatable for a high quality item. it's good but i received a package where several of the seals were broken? theres some silver foil looking cap in my drink which im assuming was the seal but i don't kow.

Arrived spoiled. I went to drink my shake after my workout and it came out with white clumpy chunks. It's a shame because I've ordered these several times before and usually this protein is really good, but this was disgusting. I reached out to the company for a refund. We'll see what happens. Otherwise $40 down the drain.

I enjoy having this as a meal replacement every once and a while. I make sure I have a couple in the refrigerator when I want a light meal. For me, it is very filling.
