Hard to go back when you use these
I started my career in IT with Cat5. Once Cat6 came around it took significantly more time to crimp a cat6 cable using the early version of the ends. A contractor mentioned these to me and I am normally very skeptical when they mention the words easy with connectors. In the networking world that is usually associated with cheap and going to give you a problems later on. I can say that these are easy, but also I would argue they are better than others because you don't have to get the wires cut to the right length when inserting them into the connector. By having the cable ends push through the connector you ensure that the wires will be inserted far enough for a good crimp. You do need to buy the crimp tool to make use of these, but it is worth it and will save you time.

The get the job done
If you are buying RJ454 plugs, get the ones (any manufacturer) that will accept the grade of cable and cable diameter you are using. I've been a fan of Platinum Tools for years, use pass-through RJ45's a lot.

Never had a bad one
I use these all the time, I am self employed professional. I have never had a bad termination because of this product. I tried the cheap ones once and too many fail. You get what you pay for.
