Works great!
I have been training with kettlebells four days a week and between the exercises and the chalk I use, my hands were starting to get rough. Before I had a rip, I bought this and started working it into my hands at night before bed. My hands have not ripped, and my hands have stayed relatively smooth considering the workout they’re getting. Very good product. I’ll buy again.

Good stuff
My son’s hands were really bad from high bar and parallel bars. So bad that he had to stop practicing his routines as season started. We tried several things (bag balm and moisturizing/healing lotions) and Rip Stopper seemed to work the best for him. He said it did and asked for this instead of the other stuff. His hands have healed and he is back to work on high bar and p bars. He is continuing to use this to prevent new rips and cracks. I got some inexpensive white cotton gloves on Amazon also (advertised for handling coins or jewelry). I cut the fingertips off the gloves and he puts them on after the balm. Gloves are used several times before either being washed or thrown away. I’ve ordered this twice. Ordered it first time and it was Prime, arrived next day. Came back to order more and found it is no longer Prime but still had free shipping. Figured it shouldn’t matter too much because it shipped out of LA last time and I am just a couple hours north of there. That’s where the company that makes this is located. Well it “shipped” quickly, but now from New Jersey and is taking 5 days. I’ll probably buy direct from the company next time.

Works well with Trail Work
I use this for blisters associated with Trail Work (digging, trimming etc in gloves). Feel like it helps reduce the severity of blisters that occur. It definitely doesn’t stop them from happening, but I didn’t expect that.

Soothing
This product is wonderful and all natural, which is what I like most. I am a CrossFitter, so I’m not sure that it heals, but it definitely softens calluses and soothes open rips. Very good product.

This stuff works!
I have 2 competitively training gymnasts at home whose hands are always sore, red, and callused. We use rip stopper every single night to soothe and calm their hands. And it works wonders by the morning their hands aren’t red or sore anymore and they are ready to get back into the gym. Rip Stopper is the best we have found to help prevent major rips from accounting and we use it every single night after practice.

Smells so good and makes my hands so soft
Really glad I ordered this product. The reviews are spot on. My hands get really ripped up, and I can’t wait to start applying this regularly. Even after a few applications today I can see a noticeable difference.

Very oily/messy
I found it weird that the instructions said I should sleep in gloves. I assume they mean latex, since fabric gloves would rub it off just like a blanket/sheets. But who wants to sleep in latex gloves?! I was expecting this to be like a moisturizer that would absorb into my skin, but it's more like an oil that will just stay there forever if you don't touch it, and will rub off on anything you do touch.
