I bought this for hiking and camping. It is very well made, with the usual Pelican ruggedness and waterproofing. The flashlight is very lightweight when used with rechargeable lithium batteries. The ergonomics are good, in a handy contoured package, with a belt clip. The glow in the dark plastic is a nice touch. I have been fond of this brand since I was in the Navy in the 1980s, due to the lights being waterproof and corrosion resistant.
