The McHale's Navy: The Complete DVDS Series are intact but the cases are broken
We are pleased with receiving and seeing the quality of the McHale's Navy: The Complete Series DVD discs themselves. However, the DVD cases were cracked along the side with the tabs holding the DVDS broken off. We have been home for days and there was no knock on our door or a ringing of our doorbell. The DVDS were placed along the side passage of neighbours home which we happened to just see them while we were locking our back outside door. We are pleased with the DVDS themselves, but it is the lack of notification and the safety and treatment of our DVD parcel we are not happy with and we hope this does not happen again in the future.

McHale's Navy - Five Star Comedy
As a die hard fan of The Phil Silvers Show, you will love Ernest Borgnine casting in McHale's Navy.The show writers are same crew who gave us gem dialogues found from Sergeant Bilko.Basically the show is about McHale, commanding officer played by Borgnine and his hand picked crew in charge of U.S Navy PT boat - PT-73 stationed somewhere in the South Pacific island base during WW2.The problem with this merry crew is someone forgot to tell them they were working for the U.S NAVY and not for themselves in vacation mood finding slightest bit of Navy chores annoying and great distraction from their gambling and partying sessionsWell scripted and excellent video and audio transfer by The Shout Factory.A must buy.
