My mom has been using this for a couple years now and microwaving it like crazy with no problems where it falls apart or catches fire. However it does start to smell like corn nuts after a while.

I really like these belted wraps. For shoulder pain, low back pain and even hip pain these wraps provide a nice moist heat release that helps soothe aching muscles and joints. What is really helpful is that it can be worn if you need to move around. It is easy to adjust the belt for a nice snug fit around my low back, hip and even my shoulder (worn like a cross over bag). The heat lasts about 20 - 25 minutes before I need to re-heat in the microwave. To me the natural grains inside the wrap provide a more even moist heat than other wraps with synthetic microbeads. The scent is herbal and pleasant but it doesn't last long if you use the wrap regularly like I do. I have several as other family members like to use them and I've given several as presents always with great reviews.

This item came in fast and was well packaged. It comes with a re-sealable bag to keep it fresh and clean. This pack smells like heaven! As other's have mentioned, the pack only stay warm for about 30 minutes but this is the ideal amount of time for heat therapy. I use this on my lumbar and draped over my shoulders and it feels wonderful. My physical therapist does not recommend heating more that 20-30 minutes at one time so it is perfect for me. The belt is adjustable and easy to click together and take off. I am about size 20 in pants, that's almost 56 inches so it does not fit me. However, I estimate it would fit a size 16/18 a little snug. Overall, totally worth the price I paid. I would consider buying some as gifts.

I am a massage therapist for 35 yrs & have used nature’s approach heat items .. all sizes ... & love them . They smell great . Do the job. Stay where you put them & highly recommend them .. Do not heat them for more than 2 mins at a time & then you can make them hotter using 1 min. Intervals . 👍

Really impressed with the quality of this heat wrap! I also love how it comes in a resealable ziplock bag to keep the essential oil smells fresh! Stays pretty warm for about 10-20 minutes depending on how long you heat it. I usually heat if for about 20 minutes. Really great for lower back pain in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy! Just an overall great heating pad! Would definitely purchase again + buy as a gift!
