Nice, low-cost model
I purchased this model to better visualize a bulging disc in my cervical spine. I was impressed with the quality of the model, especially considering the low cost. One suggested improvement would be that they either include pre-formed herniated discs in the kit (for an extra cost) that can be use in place of normal discs, or better yet, make the discs out of a rubbery material vs hard plastic so that forward head motion could be illustrated. Since the plastic discs don't compress, the model doesn't move other than in the lateral direction. That said, I'm very happy with the purchase and it was exactly what I expected and wanted.

Decent
Not as sturdy as I would have liked, but good enough for educational purposes.

Nice Model- No Description
There was no written material to describe the model components. This requires finding documentation online to decipher the model.

Good Budget Cervical Spine Model for Basic Study & Anatomy Review
This cervical spine model is actually pretty decent for basic anatomy study, especially if you are relearning or reviewing medical material at home. I personally got this to help me get back into reviewing anatomy, medical terminology, and CEU study after being away from the medical field for a while due to my accident The model comes exactly as shown with the spine model and stand included. It also includes the screw and locking piece needed to attach it securely to the base so it can stand upright. Assembly is simple. One thing to know right away is that there are no instructions, labels, diagrams, or anatomy guide included in the package. It came just like this. If you are completely new to anatomy, you will probably need to use a textbook, class notes, or look up diagrams online to identify all the structures yourself. For the price, the detailing is honestly okay. The hard plastic feels durable and sturdy, and the colored sections showing the nerves, arteries, and disc spaces help make the anatomy easier to visualize. It is not ultra high-end medical school quality, but it is detailed enough for studying, labeling practice, homework, CEU review, or small study groups. One issue I noticed is that the top skull portion does not lock firmly into place. It mostly sits on top, so if you move the model around a lot, the skull section can slide or fall off pretty easily. I will probably use a small piece of removable double-sided tape just to stabilize it better and prevent it from constantly shifting. This is definitely more of a budget-friendly educational model rather than a premium professional display model. If you are expecting extremely advanced detail like the expensive classroom or laboratory anatomy models, this is probably not going to fully satisfy you. But for basic studying and visual learning, it does the job. Just keep your expectations realistic. It is simple, functional, and useful for study purposes without being overly fancy or highly detailed.

Life Size Cervical Spine Anatomy Model with Nerves and Arteries, Comprehensive Medical Teaching Tool
A life size cervical spine anatomical model showing cervical vertebrae, nerves, vertebral arteries, and occipital plate connections, designed for medical education and teaching. Life size scale is essential for clinical anatomy education since it allows students and trainees to develop accurate spatial understanding of the cervical region. The inclusion of vertebral arteries and cervical nerves alongside the vertebrae makes this more comprehensive than basic spine models that show only the bony structures. The occipital plate inclusion contextualizes the C1-C2 junction which is a clinically important region for anyone studying neurology, orthopedics, or physical therapy. Model detail quality and color coding of anatomical structures are the key variables that determine educational utility. Verify the specific vertebral levels shown, C1 through C7, are accurately represented before using for clinical teaching or student assessment. Appears to be a solid comprehensive cervical spine model for medical schools, physical therapy programs, and anatomy education. The nerve and artery inclusions elevate it beyond a basic bone model. Worth checking the detail level in listing photos to confirm it meets your specific teaching requirements.
