When I received the puzzle, one of the faces was partially popped off. It wasn't a big enough problem to cause to much of a fuss over. The puzzle itself is extremely hard to turn and frequently locks up, especially after being jumbled. The first time I attempted to solve it, it jammed up so badly that one of the pieces popped out and I had to disassemble, then reassemble, the entire thing. It's a fun puzzle, but I got much more enjoyment from the regular curvy copter.
