Like any parent it got to the point where we needed to get a baby gate to keep our little one from wandering around the apartment in certain areas. It's easy to install and extremely sturdy. Very light as well but not saying it's easily tippable either. You just have to place it right to begin with. Though I do wish it extended a little bit more for where we needed it. That was easily fixable with a board against the wall keeping it in place. It also does come with wall mount screws and mounts if you want to mount it to a wall. We decided against it due to our damage deposit may be effected by putting holes in the wall. Overall good product none the less.

This is extremely difficult if not impossible to expand, which is the entire purpose!

Got this for grandchild visits. We wanted a safety gate that could easily be removed when grandchild isn’t here. This is PERFECT. The hinges are installed on one side, and the catches on the opposite, but these are small parts and hardly noticeable. The gate itself drops into the hinges, and easily lifts out. When the little one leaves, we can remove the gate in about 15 seconds. The installation template is included and really helpful. The gate itself is adjustable but as it’s just one piece, it wasn’t hard to figure out. This is not the first gate we bought but it’s definitely the last. We got a second one and love that they are so sturdy and still easy to use.

Used as a pressure mount, it works well and is sturdy. But some pieces of dry wall came off from the areas that were under the pressure cushions. As a swing gate it works very well. A previous reviewer cautioned that the included paper mount guide is not accurately measured. After installing the hinged pieces, I inserted the gate and used a level to figure out where the cupped pieces should go. I promptly gave myself a cookie for good, logical thinking. We open and close two of these gates several times a day and after a few months we still haven't encountered any issues. They're sturdy and easy to use, but not so easy for most who are under three to figure out how to open.
