The thread is incorrect for the co2 gas cylinder in new zealand

Update: Purchased this to use in conjunction with a Vevor 5 LB CO2 tank. It worked perfectly to hook up to my iGulu brewing machine. The pressure meters matches between the one on this adapter and the one on my machine. As far as I can tell so far there are no leaks, and it was as simple as screwing it in. It came in a box with directions as well as extra parts. After using it for a while I found that it was actually leaking a small amount resulting in the 5Lb tank draining far quicker than it should have. Looking close I found that one of the yellow brackets was cracked and the hose under it looked like it had been crushed. I contacted the seller and let them know and they sent me out a replacement right away. The replacement looks perfect and appears to be working well so far. The steps that come with the directions are not correct and indicate washers need to be inserted when they already come that way. Highly recommend both the product and the seller for their quick and prompt support.

me gusto bastante, la manguera es muy delgada pero se ve muy resistente se le nota el trenzado metálico para aguantar la presión del tanque de Co2

It's a great accessory for people who love soda streams, who doesn't want to change the small cylinder, and hook it up to a 10/20 lbs CO2 canister( like a draft keg would have

I have to admit I was pretty skeptical. I have one of the first and simplest Sodastream makers (canister holders) and figured there might be some serious issues retrofitting an old but full CO2 canister a friend cast off from a defunct keg fridge. Didn't I need a regulator? Was this going to blow the seals? was that hose going to be strong enough? After using this for several months I can say that this is everything you need. No regulator needed - the gauge shows a constant near 1000 psi. I cut a notch in the bottom of my Sodastream to accommodate the hose through the base and it works great. In the first month I had a couple issues with some kind of back-pressure, but there is a bleeder valve near the pressure gauge, so it's easy enough to cure. Really no issues since then. Maybe eventually this setup will kill the seals, but so far, in savings it's paid for itself, and a replacement Sodastream base if it comes to that. Update: was having an issue again with not getting CO2 through the nozzle, so I went through the process of tearing everything down to see if there were issues with the seals. After looking at how the entire system is designed, I wound up resolving the issue by running a small needle through the end of the nozzle that injects into the water bottle to dislodge some piece of debris that found its way into the system. This is something that could happen even with the regular bottle exchange - and is perhaps even more likely with more frequent changes. After examining the connections and essentially very simple design of the system, I can say with a fair amount of confidence that you would be extremely unlikely to have "seals" fail (and that cleaning a blocked nozzle is something that can be done without tearing down the entire system). If the bottle is over-full, you can get some leakage through the pressure seal especially on the first injection, but after air drying between uses, it's an occasional minor annoyance that is easily prevented by either not exceeding the fill line or using a more gentle press on the first injection.
