Q: Is it possible further explain how to plug the antenna directly? I tried to plug it in as the 2nd image, but they are, apparently, incompatible.

The antenna plug must be exactly over the socket and square to the board then press firmly. It is quite difficult to align it properly.

Q: Is the metallic patch antenna meant to be scratched? Two orders have been delivered like this so far. Returned the first, second one is damaged also.

Scratching on the ceramic antenna is very common. It is part of the 'tuning' process during manufacture. I will not stop it working or mean that the antenna is damaged. Ignore it.
