Suffered for a long time with brittle nails and started to get bad hair loss. Tried these and found nails seem so much stronger and do not appear to be loosing hair like before, good product.

Five stars, only because I've found this previously to be a very effective, biotin, zinc and selenium formulation, that I have been taking to support my poor diet. I have ulcerative colitis and cannot tolerate all the things I used to love, that used to love me back, like wholemeal-anything and green leafy veg - it just won't digest, causing pain and other unpleasant symptoms. My nails had really begun to suffer, they would snap at the slightest knock, they were flaking and growing so slowly, they may as well, have not bothered. I started on a different brand of biotin (that refused to post my review, for some reason), it took rather a long time to show minimal results, too - I changed to this brand & things came on in leaps and bounds. I had re-ordered recently, I just finished my last bottle & opened the new one, to find that the tablets are now >3x larger. This is going to be a problem, for my dysphagia - I struggle to swallow my contraceptive pill, even with water - the biotin I just finished, the tablets were just a bit bigger than the contraceptive - the size of the tablets now, are all the way from off-putting to intimidating for someone like me. I will have to go back to the drawing board. The thought did occur to me, that, if the previous little pills had all the quoted nutrients, what is the extra bulk for, what does it contain? I've read all about supplement companies, padding out their products with unnecessary, or even counter-productive fillers - I'll pass on that, but, thanks, anyway. NEXT!

Awesome extra strength Biotin tablets.I have noticed that my hair and nails are growing faster and appears thicker and healthier.They are easy to swallow as they are tiny and have no particular taste, either.

Ordered this as I have had flakey weak finger nails for years.I expected to have to wait months before I could tell if there was any improvement but have just ordered my second bottle (lasts 3months) as I think my nails are getting stronger.If all is well in another 3months I will give five stars and keep buying

Good Quality

I have used these supplements religiously now for around 3 years. I think the supplements themselves are great value for money, its very helpful to see all the additional benefits clearly displayed on the bottle. However, I do question whether they actually work. I haven't had my hair grow much at all, my skin still isn't great and I wouldn't say its a must-have product as I struggle to see whether they have made any difference or not.

Only been taking them for few days. So easy to take as the tablets are so tiny. Hopefully will see some improvement after using them for longer

I noticed my hair was getting a little thin. Decided against a well known German shampoo and opted for Biotin.I have waited several months before reviewing, but I can honestly say, for me these have really worked, my hair has definitely thickened out, even hubby noticed. As a secondary point, my nails now grow much quicker, a bonus I didn't expect. I will definitely continue with these, and because they are so small, really easy to swallow.
