Exactly what you expect it to be. This is 20 d20s. I got no duplicate colors and all the text is very legible. Mine was a mix of translucent, solid, and solid with shiny swirls. I was pretty surprised about the "fancy" ones - was only expecting solid and translucent. You might be asking yourself: Why does one person need 20 dice? You're right. In your average tabletop game requiring a 20 sided die, you really only need 1 to show up and play. However, I'm superstitious. I have a penchant for disposing of a die that critically misses (rolls a 1) too many times. At this price I don't feel guilty about being so particular.

I like these dice - a good mix of opaque and translucent. What I saw in the picture is what arrived. Numbers looked good and legible, with some minor chipping, but not a real concern. Still perfectly readable. The worst die in the set is the pearly white one - gold numbers on a white background is simply hard to read in any case. The manufacturer should have just chosen dark numbers for that one, but the dice are fine and what I saw in the photo is what I got.

These are great for my purposes and they look fantastic. Great quality of impressions in the die, nothing wonky. This is feeding into my pretty dice addiction.

Short review: Nice quality. Good looking. And lots of dice for a good price. Longer review: I bought this set for a large group that I DM for. Everyone was always scrambling for a D20, so I bought this is and gifted then to my players. Good price for nice looking dice, but I expect that they will not all be balanced. In every translucent di, I could see bubbles in the resin, so I expect those defects to be found in the opaque dice too. But you get what you paid for. If I wanted perfectly balanced dice, I would have paid more.

Ugly but functional dice. They were used, but now sit in the bag of dice I'd rather never look at.
