You can't go wrong buying this one.
Nothing flimsy with this ladder. Very sturdy and comfortable to use, large steps and non-slip feet. I bought this and another cheaper ladder at the same time, this was the best, much higher quality. The other one is relegated to the garage for me to use, she keeps this one in the house for her use. You can't go wrong buying this one.

Handle bar great for getting up and down
Needed that 3rd step with a handle to hold onto as I feel unsteady getting up on step stools without a handle, opened the box and pulled the handle and it was assembled. The compact style and weight makes it easy to move from room to room without a struggle.

Heavier than expected
It's a solid ladder. But it's heavy. I bought to replace my old rubbermaid ladder. It is easily 20lbs heavier that that one. I wish I would have paid better attention to the weight before ordering. There is nothing wrong with the functionality, or look. Just a heads up if you are older like me, it may be tougher that usual to carry.
