What is the clearance underneath this unit? Will a Rhoomba fit under it?

Nothing will fit under the one I have but I did not add the wheels so measure the height of the wheels and perhaps a Rumba will fit.

Can you assemble the cart without the drawers?

You don’t have to slide the drawers in, but there would still be a space for them.

Is this prone to staining and, if so, how do you seal it?

I keep my cart covered with a couple placemats. I think it might stain even though it has a light seal on the top. . It is a really great cart though.
