I'm no guru, far from it. Here is my storyI started taking the reds earlier in the year, I believe. After I finished that bottle, I tried the greens. I like the taste of the reds over the greens. Any way, I mix it in with my morning chocolate flavored protein powder and both the red and green give it a strawberry taste.Ok, here is the truth about me and these products. I have had both knees done in the past three years and two back surgeries and screws in the foot. I used to be an everyday bike rider, 50 plus miles, mountain bike, hence the injuries. The past few years I have become a bum. I've put on about 50 pounds and my diet went to hell. Ive also had some life events that led to depression and so forth. I am 6'1 and weight 255, I was at 205-210.Last year at my wellness check up, my doctor was not happy with me at all.My cholesterol was at 265. HDL was at 56 LDL was at 183. My non HDL was at 209.I've cut back on the fried foods a little. I still eat red meat and drink alot of beer. I get on the spin bike a few times a week and do not go very hard at it. I just pedal and watch the news in the morning. So not a whole lot has changed.The exciting news. The only thing that has drastically changed in my diet is my shakes in the morning with the feel great 365 red and then the greens.I had my check up this past Friday. My cholesterol is down to 219. HDL is at 48 and LDL is at 152. My non HDL is at 171. Not great numbers but they have dropped.It has got to be the feel great products since I have changed very little in my life. I use the product and really do feel good all day. If I need a pick me up in the evening, I dont go for the red bull anymore, I just take a shot of greens. Since my numbers have dropped, I am energized now and ready to get back to my old me, at least my weight and health.Great product. I just re-ordered the reds since i like the taste better. I dont know if the reds or greens are better for me but both seem great.

I've used health supplements in the past, and have always noticed a positive difference in the way I felt. Like so many of us, somewhere along the line I stopped (Well that was brilliant). That being said, none of them had the depth of ingredients as Superfood Vital Reds. I received my shipment yesterday, and this morning put a scoop in a 12oz bottle of water and just guzzled it. The taste was better than most berry flavored drinks. A little on the tart side, but tomorrow I'm going to just add it to my morning smoothie with banana, strawberry, blueberry, spinach, flax seed, etc.Within 30 minutes I felt a surge of energy, and all day I could just tell my body has the nutrients it needs. I'm impressed on so many levels with the quality of the product, as it's in my body now. What I wasn't expecting was an email today from the owner of the company asking me if I got everything ok, how I like it, and if there is anything I needed to just reach out to him. That's extraordinary!Hopefully what I'm about to say will help you make a decision. With so many choices out there, how do you know which product to trust in? I almost lost my younger sister to health issues years back, but she pulled through due to a lot of natural health food changes to her diet. What I learned from that experience is that our bodies can get by on low quality fuel (or not, in my sisters case), but when you consistently give your body the diverse and high quality nutrients of the type in Superfood Vital Reds, it is a gamechanger.Place the order! So after years and years (like 30+) of having digestive issues, I finally decided to get serious about trying to fix it and get to the root problem. In doing so, I have had DNA marker tests, full blood panels, and microbiome tests. I also started Whole30 in August and while I am not strict Whole30 now in October, I still avoid many of the no-no's on that "diet."In my quest to optimize my health and 53yo body, I began doing several things. (it's important to note that I own medical facilities and while I'm not a doctor, I have doctors who work for me) - So after finding out what my body lacked, was unable to metabolize, or had too much of, I 1. began a weekly IV program whereby I aim to achieve hormonal and supplemental balance. 2. am taking oral supplements that I cannot get via IV 3. began taking testosterone (100mg/wk) and 4. cut 95% of gluten out of my diet.As a part of number 2 above, I was told by my doctor to take this product. I have only been taking it for two weeks now but have the following observations:1. The taste is not awful, but as someone who used to juice regularly, it's not even close. It has a very VERY earthy taste. That said, I am happy that it's not sweet nor does it have a chemical taste. But the earthly taste stayed with me. So I started squeezing lemon juice into it and it made it MUCH better.2. I combined it with Thorne (I get it here on Amazon) Creatine, Psyllium Husk (also from here on Amazon) and a leaky gut supplement (also Amazon).3. I found that, after about a week, I was becoming much more regular. This likely has to do with the Psyllium Husk, but beet juice is also a good "cleanser."4. My energy levels actually have ticked up and I found that it is a great pre-bike ride drink. I ride 20mi a day four days a week and by the fourth ride I am usually dragging. Over the past two weeks I have noticed a marked difference in my energy on that fourth ride (it's important to note that I have been on testosterone for 3 months and hadn't noticed this increase until I began taking this supplement).So what's my overall on this product? I recommend it, however, you should always keep in mind that everyone's bodies are different. What I found from my DNA marker test is that my body can't metabolize krill oil but is great at metabolizing caffeine. What does this mean, you don't know until you know whether the ingredients in this product are going to be beneficial to you. So if you don't see the same results as I've described herein, it won't necessarily mean that the product isn't good, it might not just be a good fit for you.

If you're new to supplements, there are a few things to be aware of before you take the plunge.Packaging: Supplements rarely come in the correct size container. Typically, they are twice the size vs. the amount of product you are receiving. This product is no exception. The size of the container is of absolutely no importance. Getting the advertised amount of product is.Taste: A good supplement uses very little if any sugars or artificial sweeteners. Therefore, the tastes are often bland, sour, bitter, strong or totally strange tasting. In other words, the more pure, organic and natural a supplement is, the worse it's probably going to taste. So, if your looking for a McDonalds Milk Shake type of taste, supplements may not be for you.Mixing: Some supplements mix better than others. However, mixing with a spoon or shaking usually dissolves no better than 80% of the product leaving undissolved chunks in the mix. Those usually don't taste very good. Regardless of how well a supplement claims to dissolve, a blender is truly the best way to get a very fine mix.This particular supplement is incredible. There are over two dozen types of berries and greens extracted and condensed into a mere 300 grams of powder. Like opening a can of coffee, you can smell the aroma on this the moment you pulled open the safety seal. And believe me, the taste is equally as over-powering! I mixed this with 8-oz of water (according the directions) and was totally bowled over by the super-strong, unsweetened taste. Wow!If you're going to continue to use water, you may want to consider diluting it more. Instead of the 8-oz suggested serving amount, try going to 10 or even 12 ounces. I think the more water you use, the easier it will be to stomach. If you like it a little sweeter, mix in some honeyHowever, I found that milk really smooths out the flavor. The best I got was mixing this with 12-oz of milk and a scoop of vanilla whey protein. Very, very good. Again, my blender makes this into a really smooth drink with about a 99% dissolve rate. The only thing that was left is what appears to be very tiny fruit seeds at the bottom.

I have to admit I was disappointed in the size of the bottle for the amount of money spent because it appeared to be a much larger bottle size on the computer screen and then of course due to settling it is only half full so that's disappointing. I decided to give it a try anyway and was pleasantly surprised that it had a decent taste in cold milk. I'm looking forward to seeing some results from this product and will update my review if I do at a later date.Update 2/8/19- I must say I had to go back and give this product 5 stars because after using it for about a week and a half I have already seen a remarkable difference in my energy level. I also must give two thumbs up to the person touch customer service that this company gives that really impressed me. When I posted my first review the owner himself contacted me about my concerns and addressed them. That was impressive to me. He was not upset nor disrespectful at all and simply helped me to understand why his products were priced the way they were. I grew to appreciate the product more and after feeling some results already I am looking forward to the results that continued use will bring me! I’d like to try the Daily Booster Frank recommended but I haven’t found it yet but I will keep looking. I have been spreading the word about this product and highly recommend it.Update 4/3/19- I've been using the product consistently for a couple months now and am currently starting my third bottle. I have noticed I am not as sluggish as I used to be although still tired at times I attribute that to my overwhelming life with a stressful job, being a single parent and running errands for and with my elderly mother. I'm one person taking care of many so this supplement has helped me to keep up with the energy needed to run my life. I highly recommend it and I still haven't tried the daily booster although it may be just the extra I need to finally feel energized instead of sometimes slightly tired, but I do feel a whole lot better than I used to. I agree with most of the reviews regarding taste, texture, etc. It took a while to get used to the slightly over-sweet taste (stevia?), but I don't care for any sweetened products. I can't say that I noticed any salutary physical benefits over the four or five months I took this supplement once daily every day.I am a senior male in good health.What I did notice was what I initially thought was a urinary-tract infection (UTF). This was characterized by urinary urgency, irritation and frequency. The bladder spasms were sometimes so strong at times that I wasn't able to stop leakage.I modified my diet, reducing spicy foods and alcohol. My doctor did a urinalysis and found no evidence of any infection or abnormal condition. Ruling out infection, a series of pelvic CT scans with and without contrast were taken looking for a physiological causes with negative results.My primary care physician referred me to a urologist who scheduled an exploratory procedure. While waiting for this appointment, I realized that the urinary irritation and frequency had started several months previously, not long after I started taking this supplement. I immediately stopped taking it and within three days the symptoms moderated.Now, only a week later, I can go out for the day without worrying that I won't be able to find a bathroom fast enough. It's amazing how liberating it is to be able to spend five or six hours in the city with no urgent bladder activity.I can't prove, scientifically, that my condition was caused by this supplement but the clinical results are compelling.

I have to say that I have tried powders before but this is the first one that actually does what it says it will do. First, the taste is really pretty good because others I have had were either very bitter or too grainy. I have a small blender which works great and the REDS comes out without any lumps at all, really quick to fix. Next, I had been taking for about a week and find that my stamina has really gotten better, and that really surprised me, so I am looking for really great results as time goes on. Also, this is the best way to get my fruits and veggies because no matter how you try to eat fresh or frozen fruits/veggies, there is no way you can get this much nutrition. I love the convenience so much, so much easier and better than trying to juice, at least for me anyway. I have been having a problem with my energy and this has really helped me. I do take other supplements daily, but this is really giving me a punch when I really did not think I was going to find anything that worked this well. I have already ordered a second one to be sure I don't run out. I do not know this seller in any way, I am not a relative, but when I find something worth talking about, I will share it, so you cant go wrong to at least give it a try and see if it works for you.I will write again after I have been on it a while and let you know how I feel then. The taste is absolutely horrible 🤢. It does help with stress eating but again not to the level of yours.I'm sure you are wondering why we bought it . Honestly it came down to price . At the time we were set to reorder it wasn't in our budget. With us both taking it it was 80 dollars a month we just didn't have.
