Oh my, I’m really loving this unit, I use it on my glute when I get a flare up due to sciatica and it dies wonders.

I was skeptical at first but it has surprised me so far. It does cause hypertrophy by itself IF used on isometric exercises. It does create sore muscles IF used at highest bearable intensity and this is adjusted throughout the exercise and supsequent exercises. I haven't experienced the intense and prolonged sore muscle I would get from working out heavy bodybuilder-style the classic way at gym, but I am also still on level 1 at around 150 intensity on the compex -- I still have 4 more levels and to grow up to 999 intensity. There is nothing lazy about this exercise model. I use it while reading or shopping online. A point of improvement -- videos for bodybuilders are missing -- I had to workout the anatomy of the muscles i wanted to increase and figure out isometric workout for each muscle. Also the pads are loosing grip so i bought a new set after 10 days as well as the elastic bands to keep the pads in place. Overall, though, extremely good product.

I’ve been using this a Compex machine for a week now. It was dying (the battery) so I went to charge it. That would be the 2nd time EVER I charged it, as I just got it a very short time ago. I was extremely disappointed. I’m trying to use this machine to help heal and rebuild muscles from a damaging accident I had that affected my legs, and they were my top asset, my body is super important to me, so this accident has caused me so much distress. Knowing summer is coming soon, I was trying to use this more and get results I can see, which would be priceless, but when I went to recharge my unit, again- only for the second time, the little micro USB thing isn’t holding it in. There is no snapping in place it just falls out easily and WILL NOT CHARGE! If this is after one week of use, what can I expect in more time 🤷‍♀️. For the overall $200 I paid, I expected something amazing, but this microSD type of charging wire is CLEARLY a massive issue in the design, and I cannot be alone here. I’m not a kid, I’m a 49 year old lady who is very gentle with her stuff, I’m not a child playing with a toy here, so it definitely has ZERO to do with the user, AKA me. I was enjoying it until this happened & when I went to order a replacement, it says *no returns*. I just wanted another one to quickly be shipped out, but sadly I can foresee having even issues still since the charging will be the same and nothing at all happened to it. I consider it a huge design flaw. My chat GBT recommended me to use this for my muscle injuries. Now I’m out over $200 as of now from one week and one charging. Totally NOT acceptable. I’ll be calling the company, but like I said.. even with the replacement, this will likely happen again because it happened so quickly, I’m afraid history will repeat itself. If it DOES at that point, I’m buying another option with a more reliable charging system, so right now I can not recommend this product. I will fight for a refund should I have to. I really wanted to be able to sing this product’s praises. Not at this time, sadly. 1 star! We’ll see if that changes with good customer service and a quickly shipped new machine. It’s not a $10 item, so I’m not letting it go. I hope to be able to raise my review in time. I was loving it until this occurred. Thought I’d charge it and be on my way back to muscle building. Producto funcional no solo para deportitas, en general para los adultos mayores o la familia en mejoria de dolores.

I use this device for a neurological/muscular boost when I am relaxing or working out.. I have multiple sclerosis and some weakness as a result in my right leg muscles. I use the device in various ways, but primarily it assist my focus in using that muscle group that I’m working on. This particular device has very little documentation on how to use it. I’m not sure why, but it must be a marketing issue between products That said, with a lot of trial and error and googling. I now understand how the machine works mostly and will continue to use it in ways that work for me. The machine itself and wires are very compact and sleek and appear to be top quality.

Fácil de usar. La potencia es excelente. E incluso comenzó siendo usado solo para una familiar que tuvo un derrame cerebral y ahora todos lo usamos.

El compex que MX Shipment's me ha vendido no funciono desde el primer momento... un verdadero robo! Efectivamente te dicen que no puedes devolver el producto, lo que no te dicen es que el producto NO funciona! No se como Amazon puede aceptar proveedores de este tipo, al cabo de 5 min dos de los cables no funcionaban y al caba de una hora quise recargar la bateria y... no funciona!!! La bateria no se puede cargar!!! MX Shipment's es UN DESASTRE

Excelente producto muy completo . El único inconveniente es que no viene en caja solo en una bolsa , la entrada del cargador es obsoleta, sus funciones muy completas desde relajación rehabilitación y estimulación .
