DO HIS STAMPS HAVE THE CORRECT POSTGE FOR 3/15?

Well they're forever stamps, so my understanding is they forever have the correct postage for a letter. I've used them this month.

stamps that only say 37 cents, What arethey good for and they do not stick either. Abig mistake I made and lost important papers due to this.

First class stamps are now 55 cents, so your 37 cent stamps are no longer valid unless they are "Forever" stamps. You have to add 18 cents to use them. As to why they don't stick, I can't imagine unless there is a paper on the back which you have to remove.
