These help so much with my anxiety! I may annoy people with this but I really don't care. When I feel anxious in social situations or even just at home I spin it. I noticed that I was talking to my boss and spinning it but it helped me to think more clearly. I also have ADHD and I think it helps me focus when I'm having conversations and am less likely to go somewhere else in my head. I wear it on my thumb or pointer finger and I recommend that you get it a size bigger than you think it should be. It seems to get tight at certain times of the day and I have to take it off sometimes. All in all they are great quality/sturdy and look pretty.

These things are great for fidgeters! I wish I could have a stash to hand out to those in meetings who do the maddening pen-clicking. ADHD or not, if you fidget, GET THESE. I've had no tarnish, I buy a size up from my ring finger so I can wear on my thumbs/pointer fingers, and they're cute. They're comfortable, too.

These are great. Great price. The one with the daises on top does not move and is not a fidget. The reviews kept saying buy big. I wear a size 8.5 to 8.75 depending on the ring. I bought size 10 and they were perfect.

Purchase these for a Christmas gift for my ADHD daughter. I tried them out and they work for the most part. All the rings that I ordered were the same size. The ones that are supposed to spin around are rough moving and aren't exactly helpful for her. She stopped using them after a few weeks of trying. I have bought several pair and different sizes my grandchildren and they loves them it helps with ADD / ADHD and some with autism it helps them to focus on the ring instead of fidgeting with their fingers are popping their knuckles this is a totally great little ring for kids in need , Boys and Girls 💙❤️

They are heavier than the other fidget rings I have and thus are a little louder when spinning. But they are cute and fit perfectly (and spin easily)!
