Nulo Adult & Kitten Grain Free Dry Cat Food With Bc30 Probiotic (Chicken, 5Lb Bag)

I have six cats and I've been trying to get them on a higher quality food. Had been feeding Iams but they keep messing with the products and my cats got quite picky with it. Plus the Iams ingredients were never that great. I tried one brand that was high in soy and found that one of my cats was very allergic to soy. Was scratching so much he had patches of hair missing and scabs. None of my cats will eat Blue Buffalo at all which was surprising since at least two of them will eat most anything. I was ready to give up but then found Nulo. Surprise all six of the cats love the stuff! This was a tough issue to work through because just about any of the higher quality food would end up with half liking it and the other half will not even nibble on it. So Nulo really solved the problem for me. They all appear to be thriving in it. My only wish is that the kibble size was a little larger. Most of my guys like to crunch on something and they seem to be eating a lot of the Nulo by just swallowing it whole.

My cats love this food, it’s what I’ve fed them for the last couple years. They’re healthy, happy cats. My issue is with this vendor. I was excited that I could save a few bucks by opting for the subscribe and save. The problem is they ship it so slow that my cats have run out of dry food before the bag of food arrives. This time, it was ordered in October 22nd and was set to arrive this Friday, November 6th. That’s over 2 weeks for the bag of cat food to arrive. The maddening part is I can order a bag for $3 more that will arrive tomorrow. I ordered from this vendor this month, but I am cancelling my Subscribe and Save and finding a different vendor to order this food from. I am surprised they don’t treat repeat customers better.

I have 2 Himalayan Persians. One has had diarrhea everyday since I got him. He was thin, his coat was wirey, and he was dis interested in food. A friend of mine recommended this food so I gave it a try. Before that they were eating Iams. They didn't like it at first and then about a week later they started to gobble it up. Within one month the diarrhea is gone, the cat is gaining weight, he looks healthier in his eyes, they are bigger and brighter and his coat is so soft and fluffy like my other himy. This food really helped turn my cat from a sickly, crabby ragamuffin into a healthy, playful fur baby. I never write reviews but I had to this time, this stuff is amazing.

The ingrediants is of the highest quality, no fillers or carbs and 83% protein and that is what cats need! All your other cat food is 43% protein or much less. The only reason the cat food is not getting 5 stars is because the kibble is too small and my 7 month old kitten was swallowing it whole and it did not digest/break down in her stomach. I know this because I had a vet do an x-ray of her stomach and there was all the pellets, probably a 100 of them. It caused her not to poop daily and gave her stomach cramps. I still buy the Nulo canned cat food because again it has the best ingrediants, no fillers and no garbage at all! You will see your cat's coat change within a week to very glossy!

After searching for countless hours for a food with ingredients I feel comfortable feeding to my cat, I found Nulo. I can’t tell if my cat loves it or tolerates it, but he eats it no problem. He is 12 pounds and is fed 1/4 cup in the morning and 1/4 cup at night, but grazes throughout the day. I’m satisfied with his weight and he has maintained very good checkups at the vet. The kibbles are really small, which doesn’t bother me but my friend doesn’t like it because the food kinda falls out of her cats mouth (???) Overall, good food if you want to feed your cat something without trash like wheat, rice, soy, corn, or potatoes. High protein, lower carb, better food. Healthy cat.

I did a lot of investigation into brands and I feel very Good about Nulo. Highest protein for the price that I found and little to no ingredients of concern. Check out pawdiet.com for in depth analysis and endless head to head comparisons of all the brands. That's how I came to this choice. Zoe is not very picky but he loves the heck outta this food. All their flavors. It's more expensive than the corn cereal sold at Walmart. But someone told me you shouldn't buy pet food at a people store. What's more, if you've taken in a loving friend into your family then I pray you aren't in search for the cheapest crap you can find... I'd rather see my cat eat well before I do and that's why I feed him Nulo.. Of course buying from Amazon is the most affordable route I've found and saves me when I pull the near empty bag from the giant 'Tupperware' container to realize we're gonna need reinforcements in a couple days..

Honestly I don’t have any dislikes about the product. My kitten loves it. When I got her she was very skittish and scary. She was a stray cat that we found at the shelter. So we already knew it was going to be a struggle for her to eat. We also were looking for something that didn’t have crappy ingredients. After reviewing a couple different brands Nulo cat food is the one we went with. It’s affordable, versatile(kittens &cats) , so many different flavors, the ingredients are also common ingredients. If my kitten is happy I am happy. And this food definitely makes her happy. Thank you Amazon, I love being a prime member.
