This is my third purchase- only because I lost one during a move and gifted one. Will probably be a life long customer. If you have brutal periods, this is for you! Heating pads do not get hot enough. Put this in the microwave for a couple of minutes and good to go. I love the smell. It has helped with headaches as well. Material is very soft. Not too heavy. Size is perfect.

Very useful
I have found this microwave heating pad to be very useful. I heat it in my microwave for two minutes at a medium power level and it holds the heat for quite awhile. I move it around to where I need it: the back of my neck, my tailbone, my arthritic knees....and so on. The only thing that I don't like about it is the smell. I find it unpleasant but not so much so that it keeps me from using this heating pad as needed.
